Blé Sucré

Located in the 12th arrondissement, Blé Sucré makes all the classic pastries at the highest quality. And thanks to chef and food critic David Lebovitz, he revealed that they are the best croissant in Paris, possibly in the world. It has everything you want in a croissant: it has a crusty exterior while maintaining its soft and flaky interior. Those with a sweet tooth will appreciate the sticky, spiral pastry known as pain aux raisins.

CN Traveler: “This independent bakery, located near the Marché d'Aligre, may look like an everyday neighborhood bakery, but its elevated sweets go far beyond the masses.”

AFAR: “We’d heard that Blé Sucré makes the best croissants in Paris; so, of course, we had to check it out. They were absolute magic heaven: a bit crackly on the outside, with moist, delicate wisps of buttery pastry on the inside.”
