Park Restaurant

After watching the Montréal episode of the wildly popular Netflix series, Somebody Feed Phil, the featured Park restaurant enticed us to try their unique take on Japanese sushi. Since 2012, Antonio Park the executive chef and owner has been combining his Korean heritage and knowledge with his experience traveling and working in Japan in all his ascetically, delectable dishes. From their pungent, tangy kimchi to their undeniably mouthwatering Ebigari Maki, each of his “works of art” off the a la carte menu were unanimously delicious. This is where we sampled our first true miso soup and it remains a high standard even after traveling and tasting it at it’s source in Japan. Along with the six piece nigiri, the meal was a beautiful introduction to Japanese cuisine and has forever left a permanent imprint in our foodies’ hearts.
