Andy's Krablergarten

The Munich style schnitzel is a speciality you do not want to miss when in Munich. What makes this schnitzel unique is that the veal or pork cutlets are marinated in sweet mustard and horseradish, before being dipped in the typical ingredients of flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs and finally fried in an ungodly amount of butter. Andy’s Krablergarten has an impressive version called the schnitzel special that is literally the size of a human head. Served with some lemon wedges and potato salad, along with an ice cold beer, it is the quintessential lunch or dinner when in Munich. With confidence it is easily one of the best dishes one can eat when in Germany.
